Installing FirstClass on Your Home Computer Note: if upgrading, you must COMPLETELY EXIT FirstClass before running the installer or you will get a "file locked" error.   This includes the FirstClass icon running in the Windows System Tray.  (Windows: File -> Exit; Macs: FirstClass -> Quit FirstClass). 1.      Download the client installer to your computer:         Windows:        http://mail.bryanisd.org/ClientDownloads/FC9104US.EXE         Mac:    http://mail.bryanisd.org/ClientDownloads/FC9104US.dmg 2.  Run the installer:         Windows:        Double-click on installer you downloaded: FC9104US.exe         Mac:    Double-click on installer you downlaoded: FC9104US.dmg 3.      Follow the wizard/screen instructions. 4.      When the installation is complete, click here to configure your FirstClass login settings, or follow the instructions below to configure them manually.  (if upgrading, it should have kept your previous settings and you can skip these steps) You may now delete the installer by moving it to the trash/recycle bin. 5.      Launch FirstClass 6.      Click the Advanced arrow, then the Setup button on the FirstClass Login window. 7.      Change the name of the server to fc.bryanisd.org, then click Save.
