	If you are having problems with your computer, please submit a call ticket with details describing the trouble you are having. However, before you submit a call ticket there are a few things you should try. •Make sure the computer is plugged in. The power strip may be the source of your problem. •Restart the computer. •If it is frozen, unplug it and wait a few minutes, and plug it in again. Then restart it.
